The Limerick of the Blind Mouse

There once was a great old Grinning Cat,

Who coveted the most gracious Hatter’s Hat,

And one day he asked the Hatter with a grin,

If he may wear the artisan hat without chagrin,

But the Hatter declined from his prison and that was that.
